Your Public Health Working For You!
Family PlanningThe Family Planning program�s all female staff provides confidential preventative and reproductive health care services to women and men. Services include:
- Physical Exam
- Contraceptive counseling and prescription for methods
- Pregnancy testing and referrals
- Lab tests
- Pap tests
- Contraceptive supplies
- Sexually transmitted infection testing and treatment
- HIV testing and referral
- Free condoms (donations appreciated)
- Immunization Assessment and Referral (i.e., Hep B, Hep A and HPV4)
- Assistance with referrals for abnormal results
Eligibility Requirements:
- Women and Men who wish to delay, space and choose the timing of their children
Fees:
- Charges for services are based on a client�s ability to pay according to a sliding fee scale.
- Accept most private health insurances, Michigan Medicaid and Plan First!
